GREENWICH, CONN., July 14, 2006 – The American Pet Products Association (APPA) is pleased to announce it has secured a partnership with Packaged Facts®, a premier source of market intelligence on the pet care, food, and services industry.
Packaged Facts®’s team of pet industry experts, led by noted pet market analyst David Lummis, tracks data, trends and new product developments for a wide range of published pet industry reports, including studies on pet food, services and supplies markets. “We’re very excited to partner with APPA for our pet reports. APPA’s data and insight into pet owners is tops in the industry, and we know that our readers will greatly benefit by our ability to tap into that expertise,” said Don Montuori, Publisher of Packaged Facts.
APPA members will receive exclusive access to executive summaries of Packaged Facts’® extensive research reports via the APPA website. Vetere also says members will be able to purchase the entire reports at a member discount.
Under the partnership, APPA and Packaged Facts® will share reports and access to select data. In addition, Packaged Facts® will periodically provide APPA with a “Pet Market Brief” for its website, highlighting an interesting pet industry data point.
