Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact new leads including cold calling to generate new business
  • Formulate Retail Presentations

  •  Service current accounts on reorders and product sell throughs
  • Develop relationships to expand distribution
  • Strengthen customer relationships by building interpersonal rapport and maintaining consistent contact
  • Be the face of the brands through tradeshows, special events and store openings etc…
  • Analyze competition and develop new strategies to increase sales and maximize distribution

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 4-5 years of Sales Experience in Pet Industry
  • Self-motivated, driven, highly organized
  • Ability to professionally communicate (verbal/written) to a wide range of audiences across multiple levels of an organization
  • Very detail oriented
  • Ability to take directive & work independently and problem solve
  • Must be able to travel (up to 50% of the time)
