Oscar Newman LLC has an immediate need for an experienced Sales/Customer Service Person with incredible work ethic, who is extremely goal-oriented, with proven ability to SELL. Responsibilities include, but is not limited to: Makes sales phone calls to existing customers and cold calls to potential customers to obtain orders; actively looks for new/potential customers and establish new accounts; answers customer questions and resolve customer service issues by phone or email; monitors and reports on sales activities, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses, etc. The qualified person must have an obvious love for animals, is resourceful, tenacious, meticulous, and organized. Sales Experience is a must.

Person must work out of our Batavia, IL office, five days a week, 10am-4:00pm. Job is Inside Sales, with minimal travel, primarily within IL only. Compensation will be on a W-2, hourly rate plus commission commensurate to experience.

Natural Chemistry is looking for a strong team player who is self motivated, organized, takes initiative and is willing to work hard to accomplish goals. Our new team member will be responsible for managing distributors, retailers and an independent sales team in their assigned region. The Regional reps primary responsibility would be to strategically and profitably increase sales/distribution at both the distributor and retail level. Responsibilities include – new product presentations, promotional planning, product training, sales meetings, trade show attendance, store/chain resets among other activities critical to our long term growth.
The candidate will work out of their home office and must be willing to travel a minimum of 3 days per week.
Prefer the home office to be located in the southeast part of the country over to the state of Texas
