We provide food relief for homeless people who live in their vehicles with kids and pets, animal rescue community and feral cats who are facing crisis due to disasters, both natural and economic in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernadino Counties in California.
We have two programs to help low-income, homeless people with pets and feral cats in our community. The first program provides donated canned food and ready-to-eat meals to homeless families who live in their vehicles with their kids and pets.
The second program provides pet food to low income dog & cat owners need immediate pet food assistance such as Pets for Disabled Americans in Riverside, California. The goal of our program is to keep these animals with their families, and provide assistance to minimize the catastrophic outcome of a family in temporary crisis. We want to reduce the number of unwanted pets in shelters, because their owners can no longer feeding their own pets.
We feed feral cats by supplying cat food to local feral cat feeders. Feral cats are spayed, or neutered and released via mobile clinics, low or no cost TNR (trap/neuter/release) clinics.
We need at least 10,000 lbs of dog food donation, and 20,000 lbs of cat food MONTHLY.
