Order Instructions for National Pet Owners Survey & Portal

APPA has launched a new ordering Portal! 

Please make sure to read the following to assist with placing an order for the National Pet Owners Survey (E-Book or hard copy) and the Data Portal. 

To place an order, all users will need to log in.  As a first-time Portal user, you will be asked to activate your account. 

• Please provide your email address and click "Forgot your password?" to receive the reset password link. 
• If you do not have an account with APPA, you will be asked to create an account. 

Please note: Users are required to have an Individual AND Company account in order to purchase The Survey or Data Portal.

Once logged in, you will see a link in the left menu for Order National Pet Owners Survey/Portal .
